The people were really nice and I was able to find what I was looking for, with a little help. Not that a normal person would need help finding anything. The young chap I was talking to really seemed to know his stuff. I'm sure you could buy something like a pen kit (from Penn state industrys) from somewhere else but it's a nice shop and unlike buying off the internet I didn't have to pay shipping!

Looks like lots of good selection. Staff not helpful for my needs. The staff indicated I would be wasting my time trying to replace a hinge by sight (forgot the piece when I rushed out the door), so wouldn't even point me to the section (even when I asked if I could just look). Instead, my trip was wasted time. Seemed a little like a Seinfeld episode. "no hinge for you!" Ha!

Pat ( ms ) is wonderful ! A nicer and more talented woodworker would be 'challenging' to find. We were delighted that she was willing to share her personal knowledge and experiences, and in such a friendly way,,, Please thank her! She is great! Mike McKeen Lakewood
