AMAZING selection of gorgeous lamps and chandeliers! Love this store. We found everything we were looking for for multiple rooms in our home. The staff was friendly and fast and attentive. Great experience and so happy with our purchase. Thomas helped us and he was amazing.. ask for him!

Great store on Colorado Blvd. They always have a huge selection, most times many items on sale. It is usually a busy store especially during the weekends but the service is always pretty good too. I was always satisfied w/my purchases over the years.

Was a little worried about this place at first. Guys had a hard time finding what I needed on their computers. Ended up leaving. Knew if I talked to someone else during another visit I would talk to the right person. I did, order placed. Order came in, thought everything I ordered was ready. Ended up they couldn't find one tiny box of mine. Was told when they found it they would ship it to my place. They never found it. I went back to store to talk to manager. Shari the manager was very helpful. She searched for my purchase could not find it either. Left me a voice mail, re-ordered part in meantime. Called me a couple days later and they found my box! She was very helpful and is a nice person to deal with. She went above and beyond in my opinion.

Very knowledgeable employees and competitive prices. A lot of name brands. The downfall is that some popular items may not be in stock but shipping is usually free if you order online in the store.

This location does have a good selection. But I ordered a lamp that ended up having missing parts had to drive all the way back to get the parts. And I agree with the other reviews that customer service is not so great here.
