I called the day before I needed a Canon 70D to rent and asked the person over the phone if I didn’t have the card I would be using with me, if they would just use the card number. It was for a film project and the person in charge was in a completely in a different state. He said this would be fine. They also charged a $20 non refundable deposit. Of course once I get there they say I need the card with me, which is why I had asked in the first place. They were able to run the deposit no problem so I don’t understand why this was an issue or at least why they couldn’t have told me this when I specifically asked. The guy was nice but I will never come back here again since they pretty much screwed me over due to miscommunication.

UPDATE: the rental manager Ryan called and was able to issue a refund due to the miscommunication. I understand things like this happen and I appreciate when companies aim to make things right so thank you!

OMG!  What an amazing experience! Heather was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. What a joy!  I hadn’t printed a photo since the days when you had to do it yourself and she showed me how to use Mike’s system, size the images for my frames, and organize custom matting where needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so grateful to have found Mike’ Camera.... and Heather!

I attended Mike's Camera school for Photography - 101.  The instructor was Christian Metzler.  He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and very professional!  I feel that all of the basics were explored in depth!  I look forward to attending more classes in the future!!

Making 8 pictorial books in the store for the holiday was initially frustrating. The associates were not helpful. Then a shining star, Keiko, began helping me. Once I submitted the books, she paid great detail making sure they were printed correctly and worked with the production crew. She called me the day they were received back at the Colo. Blvd. store. Keiko, THANK YOU! It is people like YOU who saves the day, that makes a significant difference to me and the store.

Heather Melton was awesome.  She went above and beyond to trouble shoot around a large holiday card order, and she didn't stop until it was right.
