This store is always stocked with useful woodworking products and I always get good advice on tool selection. There are a lot of choices in power tools and the staff is able to share a lot of experience from dealing with a lot customers and what worked for thier individual needs. Sometimes they guys might seam like "grumpy old men" but I've always got top notch service.

I love this place. I live in Milwaukee, WI now, but whenever I'm in the neighborhood and need something hardware-store-ques, I stop by here. The staff is so helpful and willing to talk with you at length if need be about your project or the item you're looking for, and they're pretty knowledgeable about a variety of household products. They never seem rushed or impatient. They've even been willing to take a small return item when I forgot to bring the receipt with me. (I told them they didn't have to, but they decided to anyway). You guys rock.

Everything was great except for the grumpy and totally unhelpful staff. I've never felt so disrespected. How is someone supposed to get better at woodworking when they're met with such disdain for the uninitiated. Sorry I'm not part of your club. You've lost a customer forever.

Super helpful staff and you absolutely can't beat the woodworking tool selection, the quality of Rockler vs any other brick and mortar store is far and above the best. I have friends and family members that travel for hours to come here.
