Placed an online pickup in store order. "Generally two hour turnaround time." Okay. I placed it a 3, so I figured 5-5:30? I head there, get there at 5:30, nothing. Wait in the lot until 6, call, no one had looked online to begin working on my order. I ask why, "the computer didn't notify us." Okay, but I'm assured I'll be able to have my order within 15 minutes. 40 minutes go by, and no notification of my order being ready. I finally decide to walk in there - my cart of things is standing ten feet behind the customer service woman who I spoke to (6:45 pm on 6/26/17) and I bring my receipt to her, she turns around and says "oh!" And processes my order for me. I guess the cart didn't notify her my items were ready to be picked up? If you're going to shop here, don't utilize the pick up in store feature, trust your own ingenuity.

My wife and I had an incredible experience purchasing a Weber grill from this location. Chris Luetermann, the assistant store manager, helped us from start to finish. I wanted a specific grill that unfortunately no Home Depot carries in store, and is only available online. I am in the Army and was hoping to receive the in store 10% military discount. He went above and beyond, but unfortunately, he was not able to get me the discount because I had to order it online. But instead, he threw in a free Weber grill cover! He continued to go above and beyond with helping us use all of our store gift cards, visa gift cards, cash etc... quite an amazing experience. Thank you Chris and Home Depot for doing your best to serve to all of the great service men and woman of this country. Gestures like this go a long way in my book. We will always be a customer of this Home Depot location, and will certainly recommend this location to our friends and family.

My wife and I ordered carpet, we were told they were backed up so installation could be 2 to three weeks. After paying it took almost a week before they called to schedule. The soonest possible date they had available was almost 6 weeks out from then, not even the purchase date and then offered to do it sooner as long as I was willing to pay for "express installation". I have spoken to several managers, each has assured me that they can and will work something out, only to have that fall through each time, and each time costing me another day or two. I was then finally told even the "express installation" wasn't even available. If 0* was an option, I would have given it to them.

Generally speaking home Depot has good stuff reasonably priced. So does Lowe's and Menard's, I'm done with home because of the automated check out that they now force you to use. If they can't smile and say thank you , I'll go where they will.

I love gardening so much and I was extremely excited to start on my garden. The last time I went to this Home Depot, I bought tons of vegetable seeds and four bags of Black Kow composted cow manure (but it wasn't close to enough for my garden). My first time shopping there, an older man helped me. He was extremely helpful with everything. He was very, very knowledgeable about the products and gardening in general. And most importantly, he helped put the bags of manure in my van (as there were no way that I could do it myself because it was too heavy). Based on that experience, I went back to this particular Home Depot again because I thought maybe I could get the same service. Anyhow, I went to this particular Home Depot on 3/20/17 at around 4 PM (I had two little children with me). I wanted to buy four bags of Black Kow composted cow manure (and whatever else that I could find for my garden). Each bag is 50 pounds and I wanted to buy a total of four bags. I needed help carrying it to my van, and the young lady that works at the garden department seemed annoyed by me (maybe because she didn't know much about gardening or she was just having a bad day. She didn't know about anything I asked her regarding any gardening products and I was fine with that. I don't expect everyone to know about gardening). When I asked her to help me carry the four bags of cow manure from the shelf, she got someone to help her to put it on the flat cart. So, what makes her think that if she needed help putting it on the cart that I could put it in my van by myself (with two small children). I am 4'11" woman and I'm not that strong, and I politely told her more than several times that I will need help putting it in my van (so, it's not like she didn't know or couldn't hear that I asked for help). She just pushed the cart to customer service and walked away without saying a word (looking like she was annoyed ). She walked back to the garden section of the store and closed the little gate to the garden area. Wow, these people seemed to either hate their job or just hate people in general? I am so disappointed that I didn't get what I went there for that day. So, I left the bags of manure in the cart at the customer service and left the store. I'm pretty sure Home Depot won't feel anything from the lost of just one single customer, as they have million of other customers that shop their. But I rather spend couple more dollar at other stores than shop here!
