Classic bar/American food.  Nice atmosphere.  A good amount of televisions to watch any game.  Friendly staff.  Food quality isn't amazing,  but it's also not expensive. Like Applebees quality.

Food: Above average diner type fare. Everything is delicious, if only a little processed, but you probably expect that going in. Many local favorites on the menu. French Onion soup one of the best I ever had. Same for burgers.

Atmosphere: Local hot spot where people from all walks of life get together in this bustling, fun vibe.

Service: Absolutely wonderful and fast.

Great place with several Akron area locations.  I miss the original restaurant, but this place was originally a great bar that also happened to serve great food.  Less of a focus on the bar now, and much more on the food.  The only place I have ever seen one menu item that you have to try - a mushroom and brie soup.

Has been my favorite restaurant chain since I was a child. Any time I am in the Akron are, I have to go there. There is nothing I have every ordered and been dissatisfied with. The servers are always friendly, even if you have children. I highly suggest you go here if you can. The price is a bit high, but well worth it.

Nice, clean atmosphere. A bit dated though... Ordered their acclaimed Gyro platter... what a disappointment!! Everything was processed. The meat was very strange and almost inedible! Most traditional toppings like tomatoes and onions were not included! Will not be back... sorry Rockne's, you need to step it up!
