Just picked up my order after sitting in the restaurant for over 45 min when I was told that it would be a 15-20 min wait. Food could be great (haven't tried it yet), but I will never be back after the rude employee barking at me after kindly asking for an update on my food

Well.. where do I start. When I started ordering my food on the phone the woman was very rude, but I push it off the side because she might be stressed out. Anyways, I told her many times I wanted three shrimp eggrolls (I had this convo on speaker phone so my coworkers know what was said). When I got a my orders, the driver was so nice! But when I open my order, I got everything BUT my shrimp eggrolls. They gave me shrimp EF young not eggrolls. So I called the woman about the mistake, telling her I would returned the young and want my shrimp egg rolls. SHE YELLED AT ME TELLING ME I WAS WRONG! I put my phone on speaker so everyone would hear her. I told her I would just want to exchange the young with the eggrollls but she kept yelling and wouldn't listen. So I told her I will just come down and returned the food and exchange it for my eggrolls. But when I came down, they told me to NOT TALK NOT TALK WE HEARD THIS BEFORE! I was like woah..? And they grabbed the food and looked at all the food. And I tried to tell them I just want an exchange, but they kept telling me not to talk. So, they gave me the money back. But I told them tell the driver to keep the tip. At least he gave me good customer service.

Great food, reasonable price, fast delivery. Avoid the egg rolls.
