I was here for one day surgery and I was taken care of very well. They were very polite and helpful the whole time I was there. The nursing staff especially Donna and Debbie who were very nice and accommodating even when my ride took 3 hours to come and get me. I recommend them highly.

Great staff, everyone I spoke with was very helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. That said, the 6+ hours spent in the ER was a bit much for a cat-scan and blood work. No complaints with the facility or equipment being used, only the slow turnaround.

I had my hernia surgery there this morning with Dr.Karabinis and I had nothing but the best experience. Everyone was attentive and took care of me 100 % My nurse Debbie was fantastic !!!! I know that while everyone has their own different experinces (I read some of the reviews before having my procedure sone here) I was more than pleased with the service from everyone I came in contact with. On the mend,thank you so much !

If i could I would give this place -5. I went there last month with chest pain, they ran all these tests and dc me back home with instructions to take pepto. A month later I had a heart attack and thank God the paramedics took me to Saint Francis and not Rockville or I would probably be dead. I had to go back there today because my chronic calf pain returned as my trigger point injections wore off. This E.R doctor told me he can’t do anything for me and had the stones (I’m on blood thinners because of the heart attack) to offer me anti-inflammatory medication....I just looked at him and left...Stop treating your patients who are in pain like they are trying to get one over you, some of us are really in pain and need help...if I could take ibuprofen or if the extra strength Tylenol would have worked I would never showed up to the E.R. Last time I go there for anything!!!

It's an very good hospital in my hometown. The hospital staff is always an very nice, polite, good-looking, and responsible. I have been there lots of times for my ankle surgery, and other things there at the hospital like visiting an gift shop.
