VERY displeased to say the least with the care received in the emergency room at Manchester Hospital. I would never go there again nor would I ever recommend anyone going there. Go anywhere else. They did not accurately diagnose my condition - they said it was a "pulled muscle" and their xray/catscan showed no broken bone or other issues. How do they miss a COMPLETE TEAR of the ENTIRE HAMSTRING muscle from the bone???  To make things worse - they can not even properly size crutches so they do not press into the arm pits and cause nerve damage - how do you give a patient crutches that are too big and cannot be made smaller???  I'll tell you... by NOT caring about your patients and just trying to get them in and out. They have no trouble sending someone in when you are crying in pain to collect their co-pay but there is no one available to administer pain meds or provide compassionate care!  Staff has plenty of time to talk about their holiday plans and bs.... but no time for patients!

My bill was 5800 without Obamacare. My work doesn't cover healthecare. 6 stitches. A monkey could've done it in less than a hour. 5hour wait time. They said I took too long. We pay them for profit they should have staff there.

Very displeased, very slow service. Will not be returning. Whoever rated this hospital with 3 stars is crazy. They're lucky they got a one from me. Hospitals should be 5 star quality service. Unfortunately they aren't. This breaks my heart.

Thought the hospital is good, it has worst Patient financial services department that I ever seen.  Send the bills multiple times which was already paid.  Unable to reach customer service even during working hours.  Horrible !!!
