I have eaten at Rocky Mountain a few times and have only been satisfied with the soup and salad lunch special they have. Very well-seasoned, warm and consistent.

BUT…..

Now I have purchased wings and waffle fries and the first time I thought wow for $4 that sure is a small amount of fries. I didn’t think anything of it outside of that until I wanted a sandwich and didn’t feel like going far, so I ordered again. This time I counted the fries and it was nine total. My co-workers didn’t believe me, so I ordered a week later and I let them count and wallah NINE fries. I called and asked what the method was and the cook told the young lady on the phone that it is “weighed”. Hmmm so no matter the size, which will equal a different weight I will always get nine fries? Gave them another chance since I am a Philly guy and it’s a Philly bar and decided to purchase the onion rings (a co-worker had purchased the day before and got a plethora) and what do you know, I got 5 onion rings ranging in size. Nothing compared to the amount my co-worker got the day before. I took a few months off of Rocky Mountain and decided today, I’m hungry and again don’t feel like going far, so let’s give them one last chance. SMH as you see in the pictures attached I got a veggie burger with added onions (additional $.50) and a side salad (which I know is good from the soup and salad) NO FRIES. The burger was thrown together (although very tasty) and the salad was boring with an Italian vinaigrette that was just olive oil and Italian seasoning = no taste. I didn’t write a review on the fries, but this was the last straw. Since the owner reads this I hope they can get to the bottom of this because it’s a great place with a great ambiance, just below average food outside of pizza. Oh Yea E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!

The service was the only good thing about this place. Ordered carryout; one buffalo chicken large and one veggie small. The buffalo chicken was dry and tasted like it had no sauce, with badly done chicken as the only topping. My friend found hair in his pizza, and we both agreed it was not worth getting. The veggie pizza received a passing grade from my vegetarian friend. If you're looking for pizza (not cheap) and a bar, that's about all this place has to offer.

Awesome service! The waiters didn't realize we hadn't been helped (been waiting a bit) but then got our food really promptly and apologized for the wait. Asked if we would like a free desert too! Extremely nice and attentive during the meal.

Good place to watch standup comedy on a Sunday afternoon. Good pizza, reasonably priced. Staff is friendly. Seating inside and outside.

I cannot believe how good this food is. Ordered pizza and then brownie with vanilla ice cream and my soul ascended to the astral plane. The vibe is fantastic and service is A+.
