I'd give them 5 stars but I've eaten here enough that I've experienced some disappointment. In general, the staff is friendly and the food consistent. The parking lot suffers from the local transient population as it's on the corner of people tend to cut through when they have no business being there. Occasionally you will be harassed by somebody looking for change when this happens. The staff takes time to clean the interior and usually it's pretty pleasant for a fast food place in an urban environment.

Often get the order wrong and forget little things like straws. My biggest complaint is that I always get the Mexican Pizza and a few times they've obviously handled it sideways at some point before handing it to me and when I got home, after keeping it completely flat, everything is slid to one side. Very frustrating.

The cashier charged my dad TWICE. He also gave me a drink that I didn't ask for. I wanted a pink lemonade but I got a baha blast. Also forgot to give us a third fork. The food was good, but the service however, not very nice.

I do not enjoy this taco bell at all as they continually have bad service people working and will also mess up your order at the same time. Last time I was here the lady was also very rude and refused to add a Dr pepper on to the order at the window as I was "irritating" her.

Had a full on convo with the drive through guy about the guacamole on the 7-layer burritos. Get my burritos home to find 5-later burritos.  No guacamole and basically charged double for something I didn’t get. This place will rip you off. They suck.
