Beware of this dealership. This is the perfect example of why used car dealerships get negative reviews.
If you are going to buy a vehicle from here be very careful and THOROUGHLY inspect it before you buy it. I took the car a mechanic to have a pre-buy vehicle inspection where it passed every major test and diagnostic with no issue.
HOWEVER after about a week I noticed many little issues with the vehicle (i.e. power mirrors, doors not locking, stereo, etc). and when I emailed the dealership to see if there was anything they could do to make it right, they  would not, just a lame excuse. To fix just the door lock, it took about $600 in parts NOT including labor. I'm scared of how much everything else is going to cost.

Its just little things like these you have to watch out for and make sure you really test everything on the car before you let them pressure you into signing on the dotted line. Because that is what they do here. They put you into a high pressure situation where they make you feel bad if you want to think about it. Unfortunately I was not careful enough and I got taken advantage of. I hope they don't do this to anybody else.

Nothing but high praise for the gang at Castle Rock! They are very personable and helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership!

Bought my vehicle from Brad, and a younger guy named Kevin,  Both were willing to work with me on a price to get a Deal done. They gave me more for my trade in than I expected,  I've used the service dept. for my Car and my wife's truck few times and there all great over there!  I've herd to many bad stories about a few other shops in town even the other dealer,  I will continue to use Castle rock  and Highly recommend them to anyone!

We were amazed at the customer service provided for us. Both in sales and in the service department. David in sales ensured that we got a great deal. Brian was also able to refinance our other vehicle and save us some money. 
Floyd and Jesse in service have done an outstanding job at getting us in and out in no time. 
Overall very impressed with this dealership and definitely recommend that everyone checks them out.

We were just passing through town when our window (that was down) stopped working. They were so busy but understood our situation and managed to squeeze us in long enough to get us working so we could continue on our trip.
