Wonderful costumer service! Fremont Motors made me feel like a priority every step of the way! I got my car detailed (I have a toddler) after it was done I felt like I had a brand new car. It was a stress free experience and something I will definitely do again.

People are nice but haven't had great experiences. Our financing back in July took a long time. And for an oil change in December, they dropped us off for lunch but never called us when it was done so we were stuck for over an hour and half until I finally called and asked when it's ready and if someone could pick me up. These didn't ruin my day, things happen. But...

The most frustrating part for me is they are constantly pushing these surveys at us. Whether we're buying a car or servicing a car they're are constantly asking us to fill out their survey. If they're not pushing a survey at me, I can hear them pushing this survey at other customers. 

But when we gave them an honest survey about our most recent service experience, they would call or email saying they're sorry and they'll send another survey asking us to provide higher scores. Meanwhile, it's been well over a week and their service people are still contacting us about this survey. They push this survey so hard that it is getting in the way of the customer experience.

Have been dealing with Fremont Motors for many years. Always great service. Everyone you deal with is always Courteous and Professional.

The staff is amazing and empathetic to your situation. As we were trying to get all of the amenities added to my basic model Buick, this place became a very comfortable and friendly home away from home. They delivered on all of their promises and the smiles never left their faces. Thank you for a great experience.

Just bought a new Jeep in October. Had an issue with the courthouse regarding the title. Arin Guschewsky went above and beyond to assist me with the issue and made it more-than right! I was very impressed and appreciative! Look forward to a continued relationship with Fremont!
