Recently changed names to Rocky Mountain Yeti. This new name/management may lead to better sales/service. I have bought a vehicle from them twice. Both times it was a matter of they had what I wanted and no one else seemed to be selling it. So in that regard they do seem to keep a good selection. 
However, they are extremely frugal on trade-ins and will not budge on their high prices. Also while sales staffs is extremely friendly (almost sickening and fake), financing and service leave a lot to be desired. 
Both my used cars had some well hidden gremlins. I want to believe they aren't pushing lemons out the door to boost service revenue, because several friends have bought much rougher vehicles from them and had less problems than me, but both vehicles I have bought here decided to experience issues that only come from poor service the day after I drove them off the lot.

I was preparing to move and my car broke down. It was pretty bad so I ended up needing a new car. I called Castle Rock and they helped me to find a car that would fit my needs at a price I could afford. I worked with Todd Labrum who took care of all the busy work for me. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a smile by the staff who lifted my spirits by cracking a few jokes. The process was quick and simple. I could not be happier. Now I have the car I need to get on with my life. Thank you Castle Rock!

Absolute disgust. I have never had such a rotten experience until I dealt with Castle Rock in Afton. I purchased a used pickup recently in which they wouldn't budge on price. Day one upon receiving the truck it needed $900 in brake work, an alternator, and an array of other things they blatantly missed.  I understand it is a used vehicle, but that is no means for what their so called inexperienced mechanics missed or tried to cover over up.  They installed fender flares to cover up rust on all 4 wheel wells and a bed liner in the box to cover up more problems.  There is plenty more like broken a broken mirror, only half of the dash lights work, the window bezel on the pass. door is broken and flopping around ($20 part), and the power door locks don't even work. Claimed it was nonsmoker, burn holes in the ceiling.  Its not an ancient vehicle by any means.I tried to contact them numerous times and ask about help with these repairs that they missed, but never got anywhere.  Just a text ten days later claiming zero responsibility.  I would NOT waste my time with this shade ball operation.  I have never seen so much disregard for customer's safety on the road or customer satisfaction. If its broke fix it, its your problem, don't parlay it onto your customers.  If you find the vehicle you want here, I recommend that you look elsewhere because you will only get an unprofessional experience with a vehicle that will need many more repairs than you bargained for.  The worst car dealer experience I have ever had. Extreme Buyer's Remorse!

I don't  think they were up front and honest .... pretty sketchy about the loan process and the outcome, had the truck listed at max retail and told me it retailed more that it actually did and what the bank said it retailed for.  Glad the deal didn't go through to be honest..
