My husband and I stayed here when we attended a concert at the Mohegan Sun Arena. We were pleasantly surprised to see the room was completely updated and modern with new tile in the bathroom and shower, nice laminate flooring in the room and up to date furnishings. It was clean and had everything we needed. I am not sure if all the rooms have been renovated, but we stayed in the non-smoking room with king sized bed on the ground floor. Would definitely stay here again.

I visited with my parents. I didn't check in but my parents said they received poor customer service when the checked in and out (seemed like just waking up out of sleep, and then giving a quick snappy response when my dad asked whether to shut the door on the way out). The front and back had good soundproofing but we could hear our neighbors talking. BUT the place looks freshly remodeled and everything in the room looked, felt, and worked wonderfully.

Travelled with wife and baby. Asked for crib at check-in but was told there were no cribs, to my surprise. Asked to switch from one queen to two doubles, in view of lack of crib, and front desk person balked and called a supervisor who told her to charge me an additional $36. The difference in price online btw one queen and two doubles was $6, which I showed to the desk person. Didn't matter. She stuck to the $36 surcharge. Of course I didn't pay it, and the three of us shared one bed that night. Meanwhile, there were clearly many rooms available. All tolled, it was extremely poor customer service for Rodeway to take that position. Any other time I've needed a room change, a hotel has accommodated me with what was available. If anything, charge me the $6 extra, not the ridiculous $36 the supervisor stipulated.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst place ever. We showed up, after calling to confirm our reservation, and no one was at the front desk. We called the number it said, and someone said they would be down promptly. We waited 20 minutes and then called again. No answer. We called again and again. Nothing. They never showed up. We were left stranded in their lobby with nothing. I'm pissed worst service ever.

Amazing. I've stayed in a few motels and hotels in the vicinity and I'm in awe.I've searched, suffered through some and finally found.❤. Extremely Clean and Bed Comfortable. I wish I could've kept it a secret but decided to share. You won't regret it. Great breakfast, friendly staff, housekeeping is doing an amazing job.Keep up the great work guys!
