I don't usually leave reviews with a poor rating, but my recent experience at Motel 6 was a bit frustrating. 

While I understand that prices are a factor that vary fluidly, I don't feel as though I received appropriate quality for a nearly $100 room for a Friday night/Saturday morning.

Although the room was noticeably neat with one comfortable queen sized bed, overlooked details made me doubt its cleanliness. The floor had a sort of dust or dirt settled about it, making me wonder if it's regularly cleaned. Towels were provided, we discovered laege streaks of dirt on one upon unfolding it. In addition, we weren't provided any toiletries, and our toilet was missing a cover for its tank. The size of the room was as expected, but for the description of 1 and a half baths, I expected more. Our mini fridge worked fine, but the microwave sitting on top of it was absolutely busted.

This was my first time staying at a Motel 6, and will probably be my last out of choice. Definitely $100 I would have rather saved. 

Note: I'm giving this 2 stars, only because of the attentive care I received when calling in to reserve my room. The receptionist and staff were very polite and professional, but I wish my room could be held in the same regards.

They said the room would be ready for us at 2 pm however when i opened the door the bed was all over the place and there were towels everywhere. The staff was friendly and the room they gave us in replacement was much better. TV had a couple lines running through it and it was unwatchable. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere the most got to rest undisturbed.

Room was not properly prepaired. Top of the Toilet lid was missing, there were only 3 pillows on the king bed when I believe there’s usually 4 required for a king bed. One of the pillows looked like a half of a pillow or a throw pillow. Chanel's on the TV were fuzzy when the rooms supposed to have cable. It was a horrible stay. I even took photos and was going to contact corporate.

It's Motel 6 can't complain. The inside of their rooms are REALLY NICE! They've upgraded. I only put 4 stars because the smoking room didn't come with an ashtray. But it had a microwave and fridge, that's definitely nice. They had great customer service as well.

I had reserved two rooms for 10/21. We arrived for check in and the computer for same wasn't working. That night we did not have much sleep with all of the noise outside until 2am. My sister's room had a noisy a/c she couldn't use and a flickering fluorescent light in the bathroom. People were on the stairs by our rooms smoking and in the morning I find a bra, papers and notebook outside my door on the ground!
