Chef Roe is the absolute best with his God given talent. My family and I had a luncheon and he came through in the clutch. We dined on BBQ chicken lasagna, which we've never experienced before. BBQ spare ribs, potato salad, collard greens and the cheesiest Mac and cheese rounded out our dining experience. Definitely a Chef to be reckoned with. Thanks again Chef Roe, continued blessings and success. *****

I was putting together a Thanksgiving Party  and I needed a Chef to prepare some dishes to go with the dishes my team members were preparing. Chef Roe was able to come in and save the day. He prepared and delivered the food. Everyone at the party enjoyed the food. Especially the way Chef Roe did the Turkey and the Yams. Chef Roe is talented, professional, and timely. Excellent service!

I have had the distinct pleasure of learning from and working alongside Chef Roe, on the line in the kitchen and catering. I consider him as a mentor and inspiration. His passion, dedication, professionalism keeps me striving to do my best as a culinary chef and business owner.

I asked Chef Roe the day before Thanksgiving for advice about how to season my Turkey. The recipe he gave me was excellent.. it turned out great!! Shout out to the BEST in queens!!

Had some shrimp pasta from chef roe while he was in Pittsburgh, and it was amazing! Everything was very tasty and cooked to perfection! I  I would recommend Chef Roes catering service, I was very pleased with the presentation as well as the quality of food! Chef Roe gets 5 stars!!! 😋😋😋
