Had the most AMAZING customer service experience today with a gentleman named Sahibamar at the Roger's store in Duncan . There was another male employee and a female employee there as well working and I'm sorry that I didn't get their names to add to my review Thanks . You were all so super friendly ! This is what customer service should be like at every store . Sahibamar welcomed me and spent time with me going through different options . I didn't fell rushed at all . I ended up purchasing a phone for my son and getting a really great deal on a plan to fit his needs . Sahibamar was very knowledgeable, pleasent and just an absolute pleasure to deal with ! I hope your boss knows what a gem you are ! Kudos to all 3 of you wonderful employees today ! You guys are superstars ! Made my day and shopping experience very nice
My Fiancé and I came in to upgrade our phones and were taken exceptional care of by Amanda. She worked hard to get us the best deals, introduced us to new services that were relevant for us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a lengthy process and her coworker Shy jumped in to help any way she could by setting up our new devices and going over the plans we were updating, making sure everything was working correctly and assisting Amanda any way she could to help us all out. Together they were a fantastic duo and made the process so easy and painless for us both. Thank you Amanda and Shy!

My boyfriend went there and talked to gage who was amazing! He had a great experience he ended up having to run to Langford and back to grab his id and gage ended up staying late for him and looked up a few deals while he was gone. We will definitely recommend this Rogers to anyone!
Excellent service from Amanda. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She knows her products inside and out and it shows. The store felt safe and welcoming. Would recommend Amanda in a heartbeat, a rare gem around here!
Fabulous service from both employees here. They were very knowledgeable about products, policies and everything else I asked about. By far the best service I’ve ever had from a Rogers store. I was also pleased with the high level of sanitation being practiced due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend this location for your tech needs.

Was in desperate need of technical support when I showed up at their store. No problem....I was welcomed in like a long lost friend and all the issues with my phone were addressed to my satisfaction....and then some. Even showed me how to delete individual messages from my phone...which I didn't know how to do. Left happy and totally satisfied with the customer service. Thank-you! Thank-you!
staff young woman was very well informed, helpful and courteous. Rogers policy not customer sensitive - my phone collapsed after 17 months and only option was to start new contract or switch to Fido. was sold poor quality phone and no option to continue contract with replacement or repaired phone. considering switching to Telus.
The assistant store manager Charlie is AMAZING! She’s extremely thorough and friendly. She always makes sure you’re happy when you leave the store and isn’t pushy whatsoever. Highly recommend seeing Charlie if you’re just browsing, inquiring or have any issues with your account.
