I absolutely love The Law Firm! Definitely the best in Chattanooga. I have had Mr. John Mark Griffin as my attorney twice and both times has been great working with them. His assistant Mrs. Barbie is lovely, she responds quickly and makes sure everything is squared away by keeping you updated every step of the way. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Almost a year after case,  pretty unfortunate I had to go to hospital last night for ridiculous pain. A nurse advised me why I didn't have an mri after accident?  Really wondering the same now. And of course I settled.  My frustration comes from lawyers and chiropractor requesting x rays but not mri. THIS IS YOUR PROFESSION! I feel now I should have been advised better from both parties.  But they're not injured and still got paid. Please EDUCATE yourself since the system is SO whack they don't care that your young,  hurting and clueless about these types of situations. Not to mention you were out if work too long,  and now your injuries affect your production at work.  I can only imagine the pain my precious children still feel as well. It's not even about the money as much as it is that I'm only 28 with a life changing disability.  Don't settle.  Push everything to the max even if your lawyer thinks otherwise or better yet go find another, more passionate lawyer who can at least get you the treatment your family needs. Such a disgrace. God help!

We began our association with Warren and Griffin when friends suggested we needed a lawyer after a car crash with injuries. My husband randomly selected Warren and Griffin. What a great choice! Mr. Warren spent so much effort throughout our time with various issues that we recognized we could not have accomplished without him and his office. Meeting with Mr. Warren personally in each visit, we felt that we were his only clients, knowing that this was far from the truth. We will, and do, highly recommend Warren and Griffin for your all legal needs. Thank you, Mr. Warren, for all that you did for us, so that all we had to worry about was recovery!

When I had my car accident, the first thing I did was contact Warren and Griffith. I was just looking to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and medical bills covered. RaDonna stayed in contact with me and advised me of what to expect during my case. Zach was able to make sure all my vehicle and medical bills were covered plus I received a settlement that I was very pleased with. Thank you to both RaDonna and Zach for working so diligently. I always recommend this team!

They are wonderful, very professional. They answer the phone with two rings and always return phone calls. My lawyer returned my call within minutes, now that is what I call great service.
