Hire this guy! Listen, you're looking at this guy Sam Byrd because you are searching for a good, no, a great lawyer that is not going to take you for all you've got! I'm a true honest customer of Sam's and now you're going to get an honest review. The saying goes "You get what you pay for". Either that's absolutely not true, or Sam doesn't really know his worth! I received five star representation and truly professional, more than competent, effective and courteous service at a very reasonable rate. Sam will go to bat for you in court, his office pinch hits for you for your wallet. They were able to work around and through my budget and get me the legal representation I needed at a cost I could afford. Seriously,  I don't know why you're still reading this. I was very nervous about getting a divorce because I didn’t know what to expect. I was referred to Sam by my sister and I’m glad I took her advice. Sam explained the process and made me feel at ease. Working with him and the staff at his office was a pleasure! Thank you all for everything!

While researching Chattanooga area attorneys, I came across Sam's website. Front page offered "Guidance for when family problems become legal problems." This could not be more spot on! Sam has been a rock during this tumultuous time, offering not just legal guidance but helping me with the big picture as it pertains to the future of my family. I could not give Sam enough credit for the job he has done so far and continues to do. He is always easy to get in contact with, keeping me informed of whats going on and a good idea of what is to be expected. He was able to look through a tough situation and was able to get criminal charges dropped. Thanks!

Mr. Byrd was recommended to me through a friend of a friend. I was very impressed with his office.  Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional, courteous and my calls and emails were returned.   At my first meeting with Mr. Byrd, I knew I had the chosen an attorney who was professional, conscientious, and dedicated to his clients.  All my questions were answered and my outcomes explained.  Needless to say, I was elated  with the outcome of my case.   I have never met a more, honest, competent and caring attorney.  I recommend him highly!
