As first time home buyer, I expirienced the usual trials and tribulations. Also had to navigate the uncharted waters of choosing a policy.  Nicole B.  was wonderful!  She was patient and very helpful as I need to reestablish a second home owners policy after the frustration of losing my first!  She led me through the process and relieved the anxiety. I contacted Rogers & Gray to add my son, who recently received his license, to my insurance plan. Nicole was very helpful in getting this done.  Her turn-around time and communication to me was amazing.  In less than 24 hours, he was added to my plan and my stress level went down knowing that he was covered.

Rogers & Gray have been very good to us whenever we have needed their assistance. They have always responded very quickly to our needs, and have helped with finding a better policy whenever we have asked them to do so. They have been a great agency to work with for us for several years.
