I give Rogers & Gray office five stars for their professionalism and courtesy. Melani Meyerhans is very pleasant and is easy to contact whenever I need to speak with her. I am so pleased they are located in Orleans!

My son recently joined the USMC. When I called to have his auto insurance put on hold for the 90 days he would be in boot camp per the SCRA (serviceman's civil relief act) I was told they never heard of it and the underwriting company (Commerce Insurance) hadn't either so we should just allow the insurance to laps, bring in the plates and then re-register and re-insure the vehicle when he returns for his 10 day leave!! I explained that it was a FEDERAL LAW... The response, Oh well, I have been in the insurance business for 22 years, and I have never heard of it and either has my boss. I told her to google it.. She told me to cal the insurance commissioner and complain, then said Good Luck!! How sad that ANY American Company would disrespect and treat any Military personal with such blatant disregard!!
