I had bought a watch earlier today at a different store in a different town and the more I wore it the more uncomfortable I was with how it had been sized. I called Rogers Jewelry to see if they would be able to put a link back in for me even if the watch hadn't come from their store. The sales associate, Kenneth, was very polite and said they would absolutely be able to do that. I went in 20 minutes later and was greeted by Kenneth. I explained again that I just needed the link put back in and he went and did just that. He also noticed that the pin hadn't been put back in properly from the first time it was sized so I'm glad he was able to catch that too. I appreciate Rogers Jewelry for being able to do this for me.

I came to get a new battery for my watch. They were pleasant and exchanged it right away. Usually when I come to get a battery for my watch here they don't charge me for the battery. However this time they wanted to charge me $10. When I said something then they didn't charge me. But maybe they're changing their policies and now charging for when they change the battery in your watch. They have a nice selection of items and otherwise pretty friendly.

The entire staff is great but Todd is the man. I've been in there twice and both times he has helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He's very personable and patient and is more focused on finding something you'll love than just making the sale. He also knows how to make/take a joke which is a nice change in pace from your standard salesman. I will no doubt be returning to Todd and this store for all of my future jewelery needs.

Must ask for Kevin! He is great at finding what you want. My mother, sister and I have been going there for years and we always work with him because he’s just awesome!

Stopped in this morning to have my watch battery replaced. The salesman replaced the battery free of charge!  What a great service. I will surely return to Rogers Jewelry. Again great customer service.
