My teenage daughter was inpatient here for depression. The inpatient units are bright and uplifting. There are numerous types of groups all day ranging from traditional talk therapy to yoga and art therapy. The staff is caring and considerate. The hospital stay is obviously EXTREMELY expensive. You better have great insurance coverage if you are considering a stay here. Overall, I highly recommend Rogers if you or a loved one is struggling with Mental Health.

I really wanted to have a good experience here and I did, the quality of therapy was good, the nurses were polite and helpful, and the nutritionist was very accomodating to my diet. The only part that sucked was my psychiatrist. He gave me a time to be discharged and that he would "definitely have the papers in." That time rolled around and he wasn't there and we had no papers or information. I saw another psychiatrist and he discharged me right away, but when I got home I realized no one had written me a prescription for the new medications they had given me there. So I called them and they said they'd fax it in. I got a call from the pharmacy saying it wasn't verified with the insurance and the doctor had to do that. So I called Rogers back for the second time and they said they would verify it but it would take up to 72 hours. So I want to know why they didn't do this THREE DAYS AGO. Part of the reason people go to inpatient is to stabilize their meds and now I will be starting over on them. There are a lot of great things about this facility but they really need to get it together.

This place has top notch treatment. The food is ok, the beds are ok but the treatment team is amazing.
