I do not like to leave negative reviews, however this is more of a warning. Do not use Molina Healthcare! I have never had so many difficulties with a health insurance company. This company has horrible customer service and misguided information. Although the representatives may sound nice, there is no consistent help or explanations. No one understands what is going on. I've had numerous accounts where people have hung up on me and will not call me back even though they took my number.  I have been misinformed regarding benefits and I extremely regret ever going with this company. There is absolutely no point in paying a premium with this company. I hate to wish this upon anyone, but I hope they go out of business so that it does not affect any more people.

Got an amblulance bill for 1194. Insurance says it pays 70% (my part is 30% coinsurance) even for out of network ambulances (which is every ambulance by the way). Instead they paid 320 and tried to stick me with the rest. When I tried to open a dispute I was hung up on. Have filed with their internal grievance process and if I do not hear back soon from them I will be complaining to my state's insurance commissioner office and maybe the federal marketplace too. It's ok if they made a mistake, but they just don't seem to be willing to correct it.

I have spent 2 hours almost every month trying to get a billed figured out and every time i call, they have no knowledge of the last call and have to "start all over again".  When i demand being transferred to someone who can help, i get conveniently disconnected every time, that's after being on hold for 1-2 hours.  call back and same run around.  canceling my services.  This has been going on for over a year now.  0 stars.

Very bad experience with Customer Service. Of the many calls I made, I only came across one person that knew what they were doing or saying. I was also given the wrong phone number to call back when my account was wrongfully terminated!

Bunch of morons .. all 5 of them. Does it take five people in four different states to locate where my checks are? You're putting them in your bank but you're not posting them as paid to my account. Now you're threatening to cancel my services which is a three-month problem in addition to the problem of where is my money going??
