As a business owner, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the staff at the Rogue Brewery in Newport, OR. My crew just had dinner there tonight (8/2/17), for the second time in the 13 weeks they have been staying in Newport for a big commercial job for the City of Newport. This is also the second time they have had very poor service (having to track down their waiter/waitress for drinks, checking on their food 44 minutes later, and also asking for their check so they can pay and leave). My husband mentioned to the waiter tonight that their food was cold, they waited over 44 minutes to get their food, and were never checked on during the time they ordered drinks to when their food arrived, he was told that they are sorry. I, myself, called to speak to a manager, only to be told by the gentleman on the phone, that he was TOO BUSY for this. My crew, nor my family, or friends, will ever eat at another Rogue Brewery. I asked the gentleman on the phone to make this right, only to be hung up on. Are you kidding me?! My business has spent a great deal with you in the 2 times my crews have eaten there, and this is how we are treated? Sad Deal, Rogue Brewery. Even after giving you a second shot, this is how we are treated.

I am a 59 year old cancer patient and Visited the outdoor dog friendly area with my 14 year old beagle This a pretty big deal for us since she provides me emotional support and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and have a beer and be together. We make it a point to savor every moment we have left together Everything was fine for about the first 15 minutes or so. She is a little hard of hearing and has cataracts but I think she finally realized there was another dog there and started barking. Not unusual for a supposedly dog friendly area I would think. Some people at another table complained surprising since this is a very loud place with the plant across the street traffic and everything else We were asked to leave period no hey keep it down or any other solution just leave because 1 party complained. Fine my money is good to guess there's is better bigger order? No problems plenty of other places on the coast to enjoy and patronize but still it's embarrassing to be asked to leave an establishment. They had other options but instead chose to give terminally ill man and his senior dog the boot. I will avoid and urge everyone else to avoid on principle

Great craft beer and spirits. Very good food too. Very casual and fun. Great service. The also sell bottled beer to go.

They let us bring our dog onto the patio outside, which was a nice break from having to keep him in the car during our vacation. It was nice outside and very lively. They didn't have any gluten-free beers, so I had to settle with some mixed drinks (tequila) and some cider. The food was great and so were the drinks.

Good food, quieter on the off hours. Remember this is in a tourist location so you'll get busy times art those times of year. The cider was light - not really the fruit basket they said it was. Nice servers and food standard kids menu.
