Only a few of these left, always a joy to come in and tease your palate with yummy pancakes, crepes, farm fresh eggs and so much more. Our waitress was Kiwi, originally from New Zealand and terrific gal. Had a few special requests with our meal and she handled them spot on. Food always great, had the strawberry crepes. Couldn't finish all of them, 3 was just a bit too much sweetness in one sitting. Maybe offer a smaller order of 2, but otherwise, no complaints!

Love their food and service! I'm a big fan of their kielbasa and eggs as well as their chicken fried steak. Definitely one of my go to brunch places here in Newport. Also very family friendly! Hours are for breakfast and lunch but not dinner because they close at 3pm.

A must stop when we're on the coast! If they have the pineapple coconut pancakes you've got to try them! OMG YUM! It's worth the $2 upgrade from normal pancakes trust me! Always great service! It's sad to see there's so few left! This is a chain I support! ❤🐷n🥞

What a surprise this was for us. We decided to drive the coast route to San Francisco and stopped here for breakfast. Delicious food for the price. The staff was friendly. We can't wait to go back. Really recommend this place to everyone.

I love this place. All the locations are clean and well established. The staff is friendly and quick. If your going to the beach for a mini vacation this is a absolute must for breakfast.
