I took my wife here for her first fondue experience and it was amazing. she absolutely loved the food and the way we got to make it together.. Very nice and very well put together meals..

I've always had fun at the place and it is delicious, but more than a couple times we've had to wait inexplicably long (I'd feel differently about it if someone would at least have communicated with us on what was happening, what we had to wait on, if we were the next ones to get a table, etc.) , even when we were the only ones waiting (in parties of 4 or less!). One time we came in on a Sunday evening and no one was at the host stand, so we waited a while for someone to show up there, ask us to "give them some time," and then disappeared somewhere. There were several open tables. We sat and waited, some other people came in and got seated (a part of 6, maybe they had a reservation?) Then the host stand was empty for 12 minutes. So we left. I hope to return again, but I find I'm rarely in the mood for it now, since I don't know if we'll be waiting or not. (And I tried to make a reservation that evening, but no one answered the phone, each time)

And actually, I usually leave the place still hungry...

First time back in over 2 years (we moved away for a couple years), and WOW have they improved!!!!  Excellent service tonight.  And the craft cocktails?  PERFECTION!!!  I had the Vanila-lavender, and a Basil/gin something, and  one off the menu - each the best cocktail I've had in YEARS!  We sat at the bar and both bartenders were attentive and friendly.  We'll absolutely be heading back often!

Great food and drinks. Great experience.  Start off with a cocktail or beer, then get one of the cheeses, then main course on the Rok and then finish with chocolate.

Great bar. Fondue is good but don't like the idea of having to cook your own food. I can do that at home.
