The cemetery is in disrepair. ..the grounds have gone down each year. We have over a dozen family members with Graves sites, and we are constantly doing our own grass maintenance. We have complained on numerous occasions and always hear the same thing " we are under new management and working on it". At one point, I complained that they covered the headstones intentionally to resell when family members don't complain. We understand drought conditions and understand leak water repairs, but it is just constant terrible conditions. It's a shame to see the cemetery going down hill and lack of maintenance. Update: Thanks for listening to our concerns and your "quick" response and updated maintenance to the grave sites. We appreciate talking with Rick and everyone's efforts in addressing our concerns. We are satisfied and hope for continued progress.

They took my money and never placed the order for my dads marker. NEVER Work with Wy-Mai. She's a crook and does not care about anyone - just collects money and doesn't bother to followup and do her job. She should be terminated. Its been almost 2 years. Had I not gone to visit my dads grave site I would NEVER have known there was no marker. When I purchased the marker I was told it would take 6 months to get. I called the office after 8 months and was told it was received. Liars! They say we care about the emotional needs of our clients - if this is how you care about the emotional needs of your clients - I'd rather deal with the dead. She's was supposed to be a counselor - there was no compassion she was very cold and just went through the motions. I never said anything until now - I thought well they're just doing their job - BUT SHE DIDNT EVEN DO HER JOB! Of course everyone is sorry now but the damage is done THESE people can not be trusted. Use this service if you want to be taken advantage of and give your money away and not get what you pay for when you are the most vulnerable. CROOKS!

I had an amazing experience with Juan. He took care of two of my family members and I'm very satisfied with the service rolling hills provided. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. It's nice to go to a place and feel comfortable especially when your going through a really difficult time. I will always do business with them!

I had very good interactions with the staff at Rolling Hills Memorial Park. They made everything very easy to understand and helped to break it all down for me.

I was very satisfied with the comfort provided by working with Rolling Hills Memorial Park. I was pleased with their ability to address all of my needs and questions and making the experience as pleasant as possible.
