Loved my experience here! Lesea(manager) was super friendly and helpful! Answered all my question and gave the perfect amount of information. Loved her patience, witnessed new space tenant asking the most... *not so smart* question. She handled it perfectly! I am relocating my belonging from other locations to this one which is a great deal and better price. Easy access and great space for moving, loading and unloading. The space is super clean and the location is perfect and easy access to the freeway! Thank you guys, give this woman a bonus. All that without a single sip of coffee yet.

I stopped by recently to check out some units. I’m currently moving and I was in a frenzy trying to find a secured location. I was greeted by one of the most outstanding customer service associates that I ever came across, Ms Juanita! She seen I was in a panic and assured me that I came to the right place. She answered all of my questions as though she started the company her self! I highly recommend everyone to take their business there. You will not be disappointed! I was very impressed with how clean the site was! Definetly a 5 star storage company!

Recently moved into the storage and after travelling 76 - 82 miles with 5 cities in a downpour I arrived a little after 9pm. Closing is at 10 pm. I went over by 22 minutes and upon trying to exit was locked in. My teen son went to the onsite manager at 10:30 pm (expecting a fee to be charged because of our lateness but instead I received a chewing out. I stayed polite and apologized for exiting late. Because my feelings were hurt I wrote a negative review earlier. The manager called me and apologized stating she did not feel well and it wasn't her nature to speak to anyone like that. (She has always been polite) We had a very nice chat and I apologized for disturbing her because not only did she not feel well but it was raining outside in which she had to walk out in after hours. I left the good and bad of the experience to let others know that things happen and we are just human. There may be times when we have bad experiences but we should be able to work them out and not judge a person, place or facility because of "hurt feelings." We need to remember to be considerate to the guidelines and not be disrespectful to the staff and facility. Facility: Clean, gate with code, no elevator for people but a lift for items going to 2nd floor, no carts, restroom available, access is from a busy street with a dip before driveway. However there is a center turning lane so you won't be in traffic. Low profile vehicles may and do scrape the street when exiting and sometimes entering the facility.
