Avoid this place at all costs. The food was 2 hours late when we were told less than an hour. It was cold when it finally got here and they left half of our order at the store. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude. The only positive I can say is the delivery driver was genuinely nice and very apologetic. Just save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.

Never had a problem until today. Today I had the worst pizza delivery experience I ever had. Ordered my pizza before the game came on which was before 1pm. Pizza came at halftime which was 2:40, it was cold and driver said he dropped it which meant the pizza was messed up. Called the store kept getting put on hold which lasted another 12mins then finally spoke to someone who then transfer me to management who never answered and then I was transferred back to the store and had to repeat process again. Then when I let the driver speak to the store, he said I will give him the phone back. When I got the phone back they hung up on me. I will never spend another dollar there.

Over 2 hours late, after being told over the phone it would be a "few more minutes". Still hasn't come and probably won't. If you're going to slip menus under hotel doors at a convention, there's a certain level of expectation you're going to be prepared for the traffic. Sorry to the drivers that have to be the face of this place.

Worst pizza delivery experience ever. Ordered a little after 8pm, was told to expect about a 55 minute wait (*we're 5 miles from this location). After waiting over an hour, we called to check for an ETA for delivery, & was told "15 more minutes." After waiting a total of over 3 HOURS, delivery guy shows up as we are on the phone asking for a refund. After a million phone line transfers and the employees talking in circles, we were told to expect our refund "within 3 days," so we'll see when/if that ever happens. We don't mind waiting a while for food, just be honest about the wait time so customers know what to expect. Wish there was a zero star rating. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Salad is fresh and the wings are good. The best wings Ive had at carryout in a while. The lady followed my instructions and the driver was nice. Their kinda quick too. They tell you 45 mins and thats how long it took on a Friday at lunch in the hood. Off peak times, they were quick.
