I placed an order for a seafood combo platter today Feb 18 2018 at 5:46. I just got my order 5 minutes ago when my order form said my food would be here at 6:55. I called and I believe the manager answered and said the driver was on his way. I waited another half hour, I called again and I was told that the drive knocked and no one answered. The only thing is, I have a dog. I would of heard someone coming to the door. He asked if I would like to have another driver come back and deliver my food. I agreed, I waited another 15 mins just to receive cold and very over fried food.

Ordered delivery from Roma Pizza on Friday, January 5th 2018. Once the order was placed they guaranteed delivery within an hour. Not only was the order delivered much later, all the food was ice cold. I called Roma Pizza to let them know about the condition of the delivery and he said "What do you expect, it's cold outside." I told him I expected pizza to be enjoyed warm and most places put the food in insulated bags to avoid this type of thing. He told me it was in an insulated bag, which it was not as the delivery driver did not have any of the food in a bag. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the owner. After a few more minutes I was placed on hold without any notice; he then proceeded to tell me they would send another pizza but I had to return the other pie, which was fine. I asked how long and he told me it would be another hour at least. I declined this offer asking if he was serious and explaining that this was terrible customer service. He asked me if I was serious and told me if I wanted to have hot food, I should have dined in. This concluded our phone call. He offered no refund or acceptable replacement; this was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, from the owner no less. I will never order from this establishment again.

Worst experience of my life... ordered 2 buffalo chicken wraps and got 2 extra crispy dry chicken wraps with ranch no buffalo... called and manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever spoken to hung up on me and everything wouldn’t let me speak just kept interrupting me and disregarding my complaint called back after he hung up on me and a young lady answered and when I asked to speak to him he continued to talk over me so done with this place.

Love their food, it really is great. But after consistently waiting almost 2 hours for a deliveries that were quoted for 45 minutes, and then being treated very rudely when calling to check to make sure our order went through, I'm done with this place. It is unfortunate because I love the pizza. If they were more upfront about delivery times (just tell me if it's gonna be a while, or make a courtesy call if you get backed up) and if they weren't so rude on the phone, I would certainly continue doing business with them. There are too many other awesome and more customer friendly pizza places in Middletown to get stressed over these guys anymore. Don't waste your time with Roma, especially if you're hungry!

This place is awesome great food keno is fun the people are great and the delivery is propt drivers are very down to earth I give them more than a five I give them a ten.
