Horrible customer service!! I will never go back! The manager has no clue on customer service skills! Do yourself a favor and dont stop just go to homedepot or lowes!!

My fiancee and I went in to Severna Park Ace to select paint today for our new home and could not have been more pleased with the customer service by all. Assistant Managers John and Irene helped identify and match the exact shades we were looking for... Great job!

Staff has been friendly and I enjoy having this place as a local hardware store that keeps me from having to go to the bigger places for a single, small purchase. As someone else mentioned, the isles are a little tight in this place, but it is great to have them nearby.

I would normally have given a rating of 4 or 5. I, like many others, like to support local business. The location is good. The selection is good. Customer service is generally good. My problem is that I ordered something online to be delivered to the store for pick-up... it was a Christmas present and so this was done in Dec. When I went to pick the item up, I found something in stock at the store that I liked better. Everyone knew that I wanted to return what I had ordered online. It's now March and I have yet to receive the credit. The manager that I've spoken with has always been polite and assured me that this will be corrected. After yet another call, he is escalating this to a corporate level in hopes that it will be completed today. I'm not saying don't shop here - I'm just disappointed that 3 months later this is still an issue.
