This is what you can expect in a Ronning neighborhood with $300,000 on up houses.  After contacting Ronning they had no interest in having the garbage cleaned up.

Renting from this company was a complete nightmare!  The studio apartment we rented for our daughter who is a student in Sioux Falls had bed bugs and a rotten smell.  The manager was completely rude to us and insisted that we had brought the bugs in.  That is highly unlikely as we have not had bed bugs in our home and our daughter comes home to stay often.  We were charged almost $300 to have the apartment sprayed and were told that the laundry area and halls would be treated also.  Only the apartment was sprayed.  We were also told the other tenants would be notified.  When we checked with the management they insisted that the apartment next to ours was notified and had seen nothing.  The apartment below ours was not told nor were any of the other tenants.  It is very likely that other tenants did not report having bed bugs because they did not have an extra $300 for spraying and just tried to take care of it on their own.  The second time the sprayer came we were not notified he was coming and he sprayed with my daughter's cat in the apartment!  We were told the nasty smell was a lingering cooking smell from the previous tenant and again there was nothing that could be done!
The humidity in the apartment was so high that the windows were always full of steam and we could see water dripping down the walls.  We never turned the heat on once from November until she moved out in March and the apartment was still uncomfortably hot and humid.  The management told us that the apartment below us had their heat up too high and they could not do anything about that. 
After we pointed out that we had proof from a doctor that my daughter's health was a risk they agreed to let us out of our lease.  We just got a bill for $74.50 to clean the carpet that were new when my daughter moved in and she lived there only 4 months.  This was about a 12ft x 8ft piece of carpet.  We were told at move in that we would be charged $50 for carpet cleaning so they must have hired the most expensive company they could find to clean this new very clean carpet!
The manager was the rudest woman I have ever met.  She speaks loudly and in a sharp tone...and she is ALWAYS right.  Don't waste your time trying to suggest otherwise.  She is an expert on everything.
I advise that you stay as far way from the company as possible!

They where not nice at all I wanted a 2br 1bath they went to show me the place the woman how I believe her name is Ashley saw that I was  pregnant  and my 3year old along with my 1 year old girls n my  fiancé  she looked at us.  Said how many people will b living here n I told her all is us she said well we don't have any 3brs available right now after I have already told her we need just 2br and I'm going on  maternity leave she seem to not care!!!! Just didn't understand why she wouldn't allow us to rent from them but than again I for that this is I'm still living in South Dakota n I am black so I shouldn't have expected anything more than what we got!! God be with them👏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Good company to work for. Administration is willing to invest in major upgrades as well as minor. Nice family feel.
