Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, terrible service is just a few words to describe this company.I set up an inspection, I told them I would like to talk to the inspector about my roof before the inspection as I had questions about the inspection and I wanted to be there with the inspector when he did my inspection. I was told I would get a call to schedule a time to do an inspection so I could be there and I would be allowed to ask what ever questions I wanted to about the inspection then. This never happened, I got a recipe sent to my email and an inspection report, I was never called or emailed about when the inspection was going to happen he just showed up and did it. I called and told them I never got a call about when my inspection was going to happen thus I never had an opportunity to ask the questions about the inspection process that I needed to before even deciding if I wanted an inspection.  Plus if an inspection was to happen I wanted to be, the owner Patric M who did my inspection did not care, would not refund my money, was rude and unprofessional. Not only that the roof on the home is in very good standing condition but he wrote on his report in needed to be completely redone and it would cost almost $16,000 for composite shingle on a home under 1000 square feet. This guy is unethical and a crook, do not do business with this man.

Five stars for the work, one or minus five for the advertisement. I assume these are adults given the nature of the voice I hear on the radio but I either don't get the joke or there isn't one. It's creepy to say the least to hear this on the radio from grown men. I'm waiting to be called stinky or have someone ask to pull my finger.

Nice people but extremely bad at communicating with customers. It took more than 6 months for Roof Life to complete my moss treatment between the initial power wash and the actual treatment. They continued to advertise for more customers even though they were clearly unable to finish what they already had. They give you one day's notice that they are coming and if that does not work for you then you are relegated to the back of the list. When I got my bill, I saw that I have about 10 days to pay. It takes them more than 6 months to complete their work and now they want their money in 10 days.  I hope the readers of this post see the irony in this.

Roof Life has maintained our roof since it was five years old. Patrick and his team know our home and is always responsive to any concern or issue. We built our home with a shake roof in 1983 and large portions still have original shakes in place. Without Roof Life and their crews this would not have been possible.
