Very professional and on time.  Rick Graves arrived on time and was very professional with just a touch of humor.  The whole process was supposed to be only a couple of hours but it turned out to be more than 4 hrs!  Though it was long, Rick kept the meeting moving and was very helpful in answering every question we had about the company and process.  This was our first remodeling project and will definitely be returning to DaBella when the time comes to remodel out other bathroom.

Rick, at no time, tried to 'sell' us a more expensive package.  In fact he actually talked us out of buying a more expensive package because of the work and location of the project.  Made a very good point that convinced us.  One of the 1st times I've experienced a salesman NOT pressuring us to spend more.  Rick is a true definition of integrity and customer service.  Great job Rick!

Good warranty and products and good products.  Asher King was one of our salesman and both were very informative.  It was great pleasure to listen to them as they were the first ones I heard in the roofing  business that knew what they were talking about and had great pride in their product. Although they tell you that it only takes 90 minutes for the presentation they don't take into account the time it takes to measure and review your roof and to answer all our question.  Well worth listening to the whole presentation and ask as many questions that you can. You will  be surprised at the knowledge and confidence they instill about the company and products.   Can't wait for my new roof. Thanks again Asher and Scott.

Wasn't sure at first what to expect, when the sales rep for bathroom (conner) came in he was very respectful, kind and honest. He showed us things that i never saw that needed attention near and around the tub. He showed us many options we could do for our bathroom and more. Once we got our estimate i was impressed at how cheap it was, and finance options that we could do. Was informed that it would take a day, 3 tops to remodel. Can't wait to see it in action.  Great company and customer service. Two thumbs ups.

Alex and Sam:  My wife says "you were delightful, even before you brought the pizza!".  Thanks for you honest assessment of our needs, a great presentation, being "real people" and responsive to OUR needs, instead of just trying to sell us something.  DaBella can be proud of how well you represented the owner and her company.

A year later we were looking at gutters and we met Zach.  He did not bring Pizza! But he brought his wonderful personality and a willingness to work with us on exactly what we need in terms of securing gutters from the high winds, keeping needles out of the gutters to avoid clogging, and a price we can afford.  I enjoyed working with him today.  And we are DaBella customers for home improvements. Steve & Debra

Our windows project is currently in process, but so far the service has been wonderful. On our first visit, our one-year-old son was sick and taking us down with him! I had intended to cancel our appointment but I forgot. When Josh B. arrived at our place, he realized that we weren't prepared for him. I am still not sure how far he drove to come out to us, but without hesitation, he kindly offered to come back when we were all feeling better. He then came out a few weeks later, showed us his products and we quickly signed up to have our windows done with DeBella. Josh B. is awesome - super friendly solid guy - it already feels like a good friend knocking on our door.
