This is my favourite furniture store ever. The staff are so helpful and kind, but won't pressure you. Almost everything in the store is so tasteful and well appointed. I just had my first delivery and it was perfectly on time at the beginning of the two hour window I was given. Many furniture stores have complex pricing and phony sales, and they take on shipping and processing at the point of sale. R&B is admittedly expensive, but what you see is what you get and the $99 flat delivery will make your life easy. Their professionals will build it for you!

I love Room & Board! I've been replacing all of my purchases from West Elm with them. The store gives a clean modern feel and they validate 3 hours of free parking, which is so impressive in the city. We've purchased many pieces and have been pleased with the entire experience from beginning to end. The delivery teams are always prompt and professional. I personally love working with Yvette she's the best!

Room & Board, where the furniture is overpriced & you pay almost $100 in shipping for your order not to make it on time. A few weeks behind & 2 “We’re sorry for the delay” emails later, I’m still waiting for my item. I called & they made no attempts at making it right. The best I got was “We’re not sure when you’ll get it. You may get another delay email, you may not.” And I was considering spending $2,700 on a chair. NOT a chance now. Crate & Barrel is MUCH more reliable. I even mentioned my experience has been poor and the guy’s answer was “Ok, have a good day.” Is this how how handle customer service situations @roomandboard? Here’s to hoping I get a “We’re pleased to inform you your item is on its way” email in 2018. There’s this concept called “under-promise, over-deliver.” You should try it. Last purchase from you EVER.

After spending over $6,000 on furniture at both this and other Room and Board stores I purchased a $1,300 sofa looked very sleek, and it does. However the sofa is impracticable to use for sitting. I've had it a year and the cushions have lost shape. I was informed by the store that I should just fluff them constantly as they have down in them and I have fluffed them. The shape comes back but as soon as you sit back down in them they go back to looking frumpy. The store gave me an option to buy different back cushions at $52 each and seat cushions at $136 each. So $376 to replace a $1,400 sofa. Further, I was provided with R&Bs "we stand behind the quality of our products" yet I have to pay for a big portion to make a sofa that's functional. Thanks R&B. The one pic is after the sofa is fluffed up, the second is after i sit in it for 30 seconds. I ate a lot of holiday candy but I'm still a average 6 foot 185 lb guy so I wouldn't think this would happen.
