Came with my partner over the weekend specially to visit the store and it was closed. Sure, it was Easter Sunday - but there was no indication of them closing for the day. Not on their website. Not on social media. Not even on their doors! A really telling sign of their lack of customer awareness and appreciation.

slow and unresponsive customer service. the sales associate I used in-store was only in communication when I reached out for questions about my order and shipping, otherwise I hadn’t had any communication from her about the extremely delayed order process. I ordered two pendant lights over two weeks ago that were in-stock at their warehouse, and as of today, the order still had not been fulfilled. I cancelled - I was planning on making some more furniture purchases here once we close on our new house, but will use another company for the pieces I wanted to purchased based on this experience.

Nice that the Chicago locations were consolidated into one large showroom where they have almost everything in the catalog.

I have just received my second order with DWR, and couldn't be happier!  From the beginning talking with my sales associate Kyle,  he was extremely helpful, kept me up to date on my order status , and informed me as soon as the item shipped.  My item arrived on time and everything looks great! Thanks Kyle and DWR.
