Failed to meet the promised delivery date despite two months of lead time, then failed to meet the rescheduled date, then failed to meet the one after that. No explanation or offered, just form emails each time. Finally cancelled the order after the third delay, I still have no idea what happened to the couch.

Excellent selection and nearly everything can be customized by size and also with which fabric, leather, metal or wood they use. More expensive than other places but the quality is excellent and the yearly after Christmas sale is a great way to find some stuff on the cheap.

Staff was extremely helpful. Showroom is huge, planned and organized well, neat and clean. Highly recommend coming to this store. Parking is very difficult.

I dealt with an online order . What a mess. They delivered the product 8 weeks late and then to return it because it was wrong they still havent picked it up. They have only one delivery service, their own, It is unreliable , rude customer service , and basically a nightmare to deal with.

We went for an event that room and board rented space out for. It is a beautiful area with roof access and lots of open spaces. It's such a good idea for them to rent their space out, it was very nice.
