I had my passport pictures taken here. They printed a wrong amount which I noticed when I got home. When I went to get the two missing pictures they made me pay full amount again. Pictures were fine, but service poor.

I waited in for 25 minutes while cashier waited on this little old lady,Willie the other cashier stood and did nothing but direct other customers to express checkout. Security guard just smiled.service sucks something needs to be done. Willie if you dint want yo do your job ........stay home.

No me gustó en absoluto. Mi experiencia ahí fue un desastre. La primera vez que acudí a recoger mis fotos me tocó un dependiente que era un cuadro. Un cuadro marinero. Lento como él solo, vago, con cara de pocos amigos y de que todo le da igual. Y sinceramente, pienso que todo le daba igual. Pido mis fotos, me las enseña. Le digo que me gustaría comprar algo más. Así que él se queda mis fotos mientras yo voy a coger otra cosa más, y cuando me doy la vuelta, ya se había metido como en un almacén. Yo podía verlo porque la puerta tiene un cristal, y él también a mi. Es decir, él me ve que estoy ahí esperando por él y no hace absolutamente NADA, importándole tres narices todo. ¿Hola? Por lo menos si no quieres trabajar, haberle dado mis fotos a otro dependiente... Al final salió. Por supuesto, sin disculparse. 
A pesa de esa mala experiencia, volví porque tenia que imprimir algo urgentemente. A pesar de que hago el pedido online y me aparece el número de referencia, ni me envían el email de confirmación ni nada, cuando supuestamente la foto la iban a imprimir en un par de horas (lo cual fue hace 4 días ya).  Voy hoy a la tienda, y tampoco se han molestado en mirar demasiado si estaba impreso o no mi foto. Que cuando me llegue el mail, ya podré ir a buscarla. Y digo yo, lo de que el revelado se llame "express" debe ser una ironía.
