My closest grocery store that I frequent a lot. I never know exactly what I am going to get but it is mostly a positive experience. I have seen a few expired items here which is strange since it is such a small store. The employees are always nice though, but the lines are long. Overall it serves it's purpose.

“The customer always comes last” is the working motto of this Safeway.  The problem of Self check-out closing too early and only one, or at most two cashiers working at night, even when there are long lines, is exasperated by the cashiers tendency to finish whatever personal business they have before checking you out.  That business varies from adjusting their phones music playlist to chitchatting with anyone within earshot.  Some might like the laid-back and “friendly“ atmosphere, but plenty of businesses managed to be both friendly and efficient.  One need not be sacrificed for the other.

This Safeway is tight and cramped, and always so busy, especially after work days. The lines are super long, starting at 5 PM or so. Although there's a nice selection here, and I think prices are OK, I always have to grit my teeth in preparation when it's time to come to this store. I feel fortunate that Dupont has access to a mainstream grocery store here, but I think that this Safeway could be doing better than it is.

Worst customer service and empty aisles. Bought vitamins, opened the box and the wrong kind of vitamins were in the box. Go to return them and when I tell the manager she rolls her eyes and says “oh well”

Friendly staff andrese, Mr Tim, Camille, Lawrence and Ricky are always willing to help. They are always in high spirits and get things done 
They are professional and prompt and always smiling. I have been a costumer since my son was 1 he is now 9 
I love this store.
