THANKS ROOMS TO GO. First we had an issue with Ashley Furniture, now we have an issue with YOU. We literally bought this bedroom set 1 year and 4 months ago. Now our bed frame looks like THIS. THIS IS BOTH SIDES OF THE BED FRAME. The left picture and right top picture is the left side of the bed. The bottom right is the right side of the bed. That crack runs down THE ENTIRE LEFT SIDE OF THE BED. The right side literally just split down the middle as I sat down on it tonight....I weigh 110 pounds....like how does a bed frame split IN HALF with someone that weighs that much?????? So incredibly disappointed. Our warranty ran out after a year and THIS happens 1 year and 4 months later. Who the hell do we buy our bedroom furniture from now????? First Ashley Furniture screws up our couch(go look at the review, our couch that they delivered was 2 different colors...took 4 times for them to get it right), and now our bed frame freaking SPLITS IN HALF. Thanks so much!!! We now have to sleep on the couch because we don't want it to CRACK IN HALF WHILE WE'RE SLEEPING ON IT. Not buying from you ever again. I spent a lot of money on a bed, 2 night stands, and a dresser...WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Terrible customer service. I bought a sofa and when it arrived on delivery it had a hole and it and black spots. I called customer service and they said that this happens frequently, and they would replace it. The earliest they could replace it was two weeks out. I then asked for them to put a note regarding a time of delivery and they refused. They did not offer a discount or have any urgency about the situation. I then asked if they could refund me the money and pick up the damaged item. They do not do returns. Overall the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Diane was patient and great to work with. Definitely ask for her. So super happy with the furniture we bought, though it is much more firm when new than it was at the showroom. Takes a little breaking in & getting used to, but feel like it will wear really well over the years.

Horrible!!! The sales people give you a great pitch but once your furniture is ordered you deal with outside vendors from there on out. My mattress and box spring broke within a few months of purchasing it ($800 value). It took them weeks to get a service technician to come look at it and I’m still sleeping on a broke bed. I would NEVER order another item from rooms to go again!!

Since I placed my online order, it has been the worst experience ever. First, they sent me an email saying that my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th. After waiting around the house for the delivery all day, I decided to just go to the outlet to buy what I needed and cancel my online order. I called customer service to cancel my order and was assured that the cancellation had been done. Two days later, I get another email confirming delivery. I called customer service and was told to just refuse the delivery and would be send back and my account would be credited. I tried doing exactly as I was instructed, but was told by UPS that they do not take packages back. I called customer service again and was told that I would have to pay to have the item returned. When I explained that my order should never have been delivered in the first place, the rep lied to be and told me that the item had been shipped before I called (even though I had already checked the tracking information and knew that wasn’t true). Not to mention, I was speaking with a supervisor, and he was probably one of The rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I ended up just disconnecting the call after I realized they didn’t care anything about what I was saying. A couple of days later, I get yet another email telling me another item from my cancelled order was scheduled to be delivered. I called again and was told the order was not cancelled, even though I had already confirmed at least twice that it was. Not only that, the item was shipped with missing pieces so I couldn’t keep it if I wanted to. Next time I need furniture, Rooms To Go will definitely not be one of the places I patronize.
