work with Lee if you want great service. But I find the entire store to be well run. As far as the loud music, did not notice it to be too loud.

It seemed to take forever to get what I needed done here but the staff were super helpful and accommodating.

If there is 0, I definitely have to rate ZERO for this store. We were persuaded to switch our Verizon plan to Sprint without trading off our old iphones by the store manager, Dorian Payne-Tripp, who actually put us into a scam. She told us that she will refund the Verizon termination fee, but when we just showed her the bill ($300 for 2 lines). She refused to refund the whole amount to us. Instead, she argued that we did not traded off our old iphones to Sprint. She was indeed very clear about our situation that we told her that we would keep our iphones. because we bought them bought from apple store not Verizon. We were only doing service provider switch (from Verizon to Sprint). She agreed to refund us the termination fees. Now, she denied everything that she promised to us. Seriously, I cannot get why this type of people can be store manager. It is a business scam. Shame on Sprint!! Shame on Dorian Payne-Tripp!!! Stay away from this store!! Now, I start to realize why people hate this store.

Workers are nice and thorough. If you are there a long time the outside area is welcoming.
