Jim as been my go-to guy for blocked drains for years. Good service. Referred him to neighbors.  Called twice in the last few weeks, said I had a slow drain - not an emergency - fit me in when you can.  After the 2nd call - he promised if not there that day - for sure tomorrow.  He made sure he had my correct address and phone #. Never showed - haven't heard a word from him.

He came quickly and fixed a terrific plug for the price he stated. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. Oh, and he runs his auger like Eric Clapton plays guitar, no excess show, economy of effort, but precise and perfect.

Cleared our blockage without noise, fuss or mess, unlike the other guy we'd been using for years.  Even explained why our blockage had occurred, which was a mystery to us, since we have the line rootered  every year as preventive maintenance, and were not due for another service yet.  (While maple-tree roots are our normal sewer-line problem, RRN explained that recent road work in front of our house had probably vibrated the sewer line and caused old corrosion to break loose and block the line).  His bill was 25% lower than the other guy, too, so we'll be calling RRN from now on.  Really happy to have found this company.

John is skillful and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. More importantly, he is honest in fee and he explains the problem and how to fix it clearly. Thanks John.

John of 'Rooter Right Now' did a great job.  The access to the clean out was difficult to reach he found a way to get at it and completed the job very quickly.  John was on time and the cost was very reasonable.
