This place has some very good Mexican cuisine, but the menu option is relatively small. That would be my only concern. Otherwise it is a very good dinner choice. And they also have brunch!!!

The place is okay but a bit on the pricey side. We ordered margaritas, they had good amount of alcohol but way too pricey. We ordered food, after an hour it never arrived so I just told the server to make sure it was not put on the check,  we didn't really get an apology for the oversight but I didn't want to say anything else. They could honestly do much better to compensate for the high prices. Not too impressed with the place!

Love love love Rosa Mexicano. The food and service is always great. I highly recommend anything with the short ribs in it. I also love the Polo Adobado. The table side guacomole is fantastic. Be careful with the margaritas! They will creep up on you quickly! Make a reservation on Friday or Saturday nights as this place gets very busy. They also offer valet parking so you don't have to walk far.

Very average at best.  The service was really good, food came out fast, etc.  But it was just plain.  I had the Tinga Res tacos (braised beef).  Almost no flavor at all, even the habanero sauce had no flavor.

Convenient if you are at the Riverside Square mall and if you are bringing someone you want to impress it has the look and prices of a fancy place.
     That said, if you go to an authentic little Mexican restaurant you will get a better dinner, better service, and more value for $.
     If you still want to go, you will probably do best if you sit at the bar, start with chips and salsa, which are pretty good, order drinks, and have either the guacamole (which is made in front of you and is very good), or the queso fundito (melted cheese) with chorizo (Mexican sausage) - it's very good too. These are considered appetizers but a cocktail, chips and salsa, and one of these appetizers will be pretty satisfying.  
      The Suprema Margarita will run $15.50 and is very good (one of the best I ever tasted, and made with the right ingredients), and most of the other cocktails are more or less the same price, so if you are going Mexican you'd might as well go authentic unless you prefer a beer, and either appetizer is going to run about $15, so one round of drinks for 2 people and a shared appetizer will be about $45 plus tax and tip. So if you are going to stop off for a drink and a little something to eat, those are good choices, but for that much money you will get a full dinner at an authentic little Mexican restaurant.
