Story

Mike Kodra, began his restaurant career in Chicago, 1965. He along with his two sons, Rick and Bill, founded Rosebuds in 1995 continuing the tradition of a true restaurant family
We specialize and feature aged, hand-cut, Black Angus steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and veal sautés -- prepared the Rosebud’s way.
We also have a kids menu.

We eat out quite a bit and must say that every dish we've had a Rosebud's has tasted incredible. We enjoy eating in the bar, its got great ambience and the staff is really friendly. Ask for Brody, you won't be dissapointed, and the Florida orange cake is to die for!

I had the steak medallions. Steak was nice and tender but the sauce was gross, almost tasted rancid and the gorgonzola tasted bitter. The potatoes were dry and tasteless. Tasted my dates' prime rib. It was overly salty and quite chewy. You don't expect tough from a prime rib. The waitress ignored me while she flirted with my date. Asked for another napkin twice. Didn't get it. When my date asked....it came. Very loud in there.

The food here is amazing and, when you can get a table the atmosphere is great. It's a little dated in decor and environment. First time we went the service was great. 2nd time we had a new server who was trying..but he did forget some items we asked for. Overall the food is worth the trip, just call ahead and reserve seating!

We had a big party of friends and they all had a great time. Food and service were excellent. A bit higher end but worth the price.

6 for dinner. 5 had lamb chops which were not up to their usual quality. Waitress replaced all of those meals with our choice. Melt in your mouth prime rib and filets. Brought free chowder while waiting and free glass of wine for all. Not only all of that quality service but brought free desserts. Manager also came to table to apologize for inconvenience and explained what had happened . We have eaten all over the world and the service at The Rosebuds cannot be beaten. We will definitely return. Top quality food and 5 star service.
