Food was very good as was the service. Prices are also reasonable. I had the pizza which was different but very good. My wife had peel and eat shrimp which she said was excellent, along with a house salad. There was one odd thing there though. I wanted my pizza with no cheese, extra sauce, onions and peppers. The waitress said it could not be ordered that way. She went through the pizzas and said we need to find what pizza came with onions and peppers. There was none. Has to order a pepperoni pizza which cost more, then have them hold the pepperoni and cheese. But I could not get peppers. I said that is absurd and the waitress said she would see if the cook would make an exception. They did and all was great.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the dog menu. I got my pup grilled chicken breast and his food looked better than mine. I got buffalo shrimp and a steam pot for 2. The steam pot took 40 minutes to get to the table and it was served in a buffet type large, bent up, stained metal pan, very strange. The crab legs were very small, similar to the quality u would find at a cheap buffet. The drawn butter was not butter even though the server insisted that it was. However when i requested regular butter, the taste was very different. Their drawn butter has a lard or animal fat taste. Not good. We couldn't get drink refills without asking and hunting down the server. We came in because they had a sign for 14.99 steam pot, however the sign was for the appetizer portion and the server strongly advised against it.

A popular spot, especially during "Season" (FL wintertime) with pretty good food, some specials, convenient location, nice patio, extensive bar (for those who drink), and polite servers. Open even on Christmas Day. Gourmet burger is prepared on site and worth a try, though 3 times they have forgotten to add bacon as requested! Pattern repeated on other orders. Service friendly though usually very slow, even when business is light. One visit had us sit in a private area but then we were forgotten about. Another visit a contractor was refinishing a table (really! Fumes from thinner smelling varnish came through the restaurant - we were relocated upon complaining but contractor continued to work, amazingly). Main red flag for us was tip "padding" - we are generous tippers, always erring on the up side for servers who work hard - however, on at least two visits we noticed even higher charges on our credit card (cross-checking with receipts) - seems a common practice in FL during season as we have had this elsewhere from time to time, so beware, seems there is not sufficient oversight to keep this from being a tolerated practice here.

Food was great!!! Server was rude!!!!! To the point that she told my friend that she didn't need the potatoes augrautin and the potato crusted grouper!!. When the bill came we paid separately.....she had the audacity to bring our money back to the table with our check to make sure that we understood that we didn't leave enough money as a tip.......my friend left her tip on the table.........she was nasty the whole time we were there. Therefore this restaurant gets one star.

I really enjoyed the Swiss Brunch. AND it came with a Mimosa. Our server was super attentive. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.
