First time I ever called then. I needed a cab for disabled person. I was told they didn't have the disabled car. Not that it wasn't available, but that they didn't have one. "I don't have the disability car today," he said. They only have one? Really?

Very pleased with my experience with Rosemont Elite Taxi. I just needed my wheelchair bound 90 year old mother to be driven to a doctor appointment 2.5 miles away. This company was very responsive, booked my appointment and sent me e-mails confirming them immediately. My taxi arrived right on time with a very kind gracious gentleman who immediately made my mother feel at ease. He waited while we went to the appointment and brought us right home. I would definitely use this service again.

Great experience with excellent service on time. Taxi condition was good. Taxi Driving Person was also very friendly. I will recomendad you 5 out of 5... I hope this excellent services will provide in future too.
