Comme son nom l’indique, Taxi Coop est une entreprise coopérative qui se compose de plus de 285 membres, tous détenteurs d’un permis de propriétaire de taxi octroyé par la Commission des transports du Québec et par le Bureau du taxi et du remorquage de la Ville de Montréal. Nous mettons à votre disposition près de 100 postes d’attente à Montréal.

Nos chauffeurs sont spécialement formés pour vous satisfaire et pour vous reconduire rapidement en toute sécurité à votre destination. So I call a taxi early morning Sunday 4am. I tell the driver which route I would like to take and tell him I do not want to take the highway because it is more expensive. He disagrees and tells me u have other clients and that he refuses to take my route because " I'm wasting his time" I proceed to tell him that I'm paying for his time and I don't care, that he has to take my route. He still refuses until I get on the phone and explain the situation ( I guess he gets scared ) and proceeds to take my route. He calls me cheap and says that next time he sees my address he will not come. The next day I call a taxi and get the same guy, I did not notice because he did not have a hat on like the other night. Before we leave the street , I explain the route and he turns around and starts yelling at me talking about his not going through this again. I said ok let me out. And then he keeps driving saying fine we will take your route. I said no and threatened to call the police. He still didn't want to let me out. I screamed your kidnapping me and finally let the doors open. Never again! I'm so disgusted my this service it is not the first time I've gotten bad service! But this was the worst I felt endangered! I called to make a complaint the boss was " late" I called back and know his in a " meeting "

Called and never showed up after 25 minutes, while I was seeing people calling taxi and getting them in 5 minutes around me. Please everyone, use Uber or Theo.

I called to order order a taxi in English, a middle-aged man picked up, as soon as I said my first word he hung up extremely rude probably a little racist .

i send and email to ask if i can do a reservation as i'm traveling with 2 small kids and we do a 16hours flight ( so would like it to be easy when we arrive!)
I also ask for a taxi van as  we have 3 months vacation a lot of luggages.

Quick answer from taxi coop: you take the taxi available at the airport...

Called, they said OK we'll send you a cab. Wait for half an hour, called back "Sorry, we don't deserve that area".
