If I could give a minus 5 stars I would!!! Our driver was 20 min late picking us up to start. When he couldn't pull up to the curb we should have known not to get in the cab. But we did. Not only did he not know where he was going, he didn't know how to operate his GPS, couldn't follow the directions it did give him, he was swerving all over the highway, 20 miles under the speed limit, "stopped" in the middle of a ramp with traffic moving at 45 mph, then continued to swerve down Lake Street. When we were complaining to him about his driving, he stopped the vehicle and was belligerent. He finally arrived at our home and drove through part of our lawn to get to the driveway! When I called dispatch to complain and let them know not to put anyone in the car with this guy, that he had to be drunk, they transferred me not once, but twice to voicemails to people who were not in. I called a THIRD time demanding to talk to a supervisor on duty and his response was "I'll give him a call and see what's going on". I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! Unless you have a death wish and want to be OVERCHARGED by a DRUNK driver. Yes, let me add he over charged us from what we were quoted. Then sat in front of our home for 10 minutes after dropping us. The management doesn't care what drivers they have out there. We called the police to pull him over. CALL UBER INSTEAD! It was cab number 8859 on the evening of March 21st.

I used to work there, i worked just 10 days Worst ever, even the owner or whatever his position he charged me 40$ just because the credit card machine in the cab was not working, and he said " if the customer want to pay with his card and u reject that, we giving them the fare for free I told him its not my fault the machine doesn't working... But i get my rights after that... i get more than 40$ Dont work there ever, and if they steal ur money, let me know , i can tell you how u get that back 🤣 If i can rate this with less than one star I will do it

They zipped right out after sending me a cab quickly! Their automated system is a bit clunky, however their operator is super nice! Driver didn't try and barrage me with banter, and on the whole I felt very respected. Thanks :)

No parking and the new outletmall exits on Foster and they have to yeild to Foster trafffic but never do. Its an accident waiting to happen.

Really happy with the service provided. i called and taxi arrived in 5 minutes. How great is that! 👍🏼 Will choose this taxi 303 in the future
